|As the fourth quarter begins, we reflect on this busy year for which we are grateful, but pause with some of the recent tragedies caused by both nature and humanity. Our hearts go out this month to those affected by the shooting in Las Vegas.
We are featuring mostly local projects this month, accompanied by a repeat client out of town. Additional projects photos can be viewed on our facebook page. If you’re interested in talking with our us about a potential project or partnership, please contact Lauren Kriner at email@example.com or 317.574.5488.
CORE LIFE EATERY, Indianapolis, IN – 3,400 Sq. Ft
The first Core Life Eatery just opened in Indianapolis. The growing Syracuse, NY-based food concept incorporates healthy, whole food choices into a fast-casual restaurant, proving that fast food can be good for you too. Guests with dietary needs will find it easy to dine inside or outdoors at the 3,400-square foot restaurant. Capitol will be starting on Indiana’s second Core Life Eatery in Lafayette by the end of the year. St. Louis-based Arc Vision designed the vibrant eatery.
RED ROBIN, Friendswood, TX- 5,600 Sq. Ft.
Capitol’s fifth successful project for Red Robin was a ground-up restaurant located in Friendswood, Texas that opened in late Summer of 2017. The 5,600-square foot gourmet burger and brew restaurant was built in the Baybrook Shopping Center Mall, located Southwest of Houston in the town of Friendswood. We are thankful this location was not affected by Hurricane Harvey. The building was designed by the Cahen Architectural Group. Capitol currently has another ground up Red Robin project currently under construction in Pasadena, Texas.
