|While we are experiencing some beautiful fall weather in Indiana, our thoughts are with the hurricane victims in Texas and Florida who are experiencing loss of life, home and business. Also, on the anniversary of 9-11, we respectfully remember all who tragically lost their lives in the terrorist attacks, and saving others; the event that changed history.|
This month, we are sharing projects around the Midwest that represent construction projects in the core sectors we work: ground up, tenant improvement, building additions and restaurants. Additional projects photos can be viewed on our facebook page. Both our Indy and Chicago offices will be attending the ICSC Chicago Deal Making at the end of the month. If you’re interested in meeting in Chicago, or talking with our team about a potential project or partnership, please contact Lauren Kriner at firstname.lastname@example.org or 317.574.5488.
VERIZON, Dubuque, IA – 2,400 Sq. Ft
Carmel, IN-based TCC (The Cellular Connection) continues to rapidly grow their Verizon stores across the country. Capitol recently completed a ground-up TCC/Verizon building on behalf of Indy’s retail real estate group Veritas Realty in Dubuque, IA. The 2,400-square foot building will be open as a new Verizon in the coming weeks. We also just wrapped up a Verizon for the same parties in Ottawa, IL last week!
UNCLE JULIO’S, Kildeer, IL – 8,194 Sq. Ft.
Consistent with the growth in the restaurant sector, Capitol’s Chicago group completed their second project for the expanding “scratch” Mexican-food chain, Uncle Julio’s in Kildeer, IL. We built the new Uncle Julio’s as a ground-up and full interiors project, and it’s just shy of 8,200 square feet. The popular restaurant was designed by Hammers & Partners Architecture, in conjunction with Studio K Design, both of Dallas, TX.
PRIMROSE SCHOOL AT BRIDGEWATER, Westfield, IN – 3,100 Sq. Ft.
As the need for quality daycare continues to grow, Primrose at Bridgewater found the need to add more classroom and outdoor play space to their Westfield campus. Capitol’s ground-up division was hired to build a 3,100-square foot addition to the existing school, as well as another playground. The addition is comprised of three new classrooms and a seamless hallway from the original building. Atlanta-based Calbert Design Group was responsible for the addition’s design. Our team is currently completing a similar addition to the Primrose School at the Village of West Clay!
LEVEL, San Diego, CA – 8,400 Sq. Ft.

The latest LEVEL office is 8,400 square feet and offers the latest in fully-furnished workspaces combined with the best technology in a great location.
