While we are experiencing some beautiful fall weather in Indiana, our thoughts are with the hurricane victims in Texas and Florida who are experiencing loss of life, home and business. Also, on the anniversary of 9-11, we respectfully remember all who tragically lost their lives in the terrorist attacks, and saving others; the event that changed history. This month, we are sharing projects around the Midwest that represent construction projects in the core sectors we work: ground up, tenant improvement, building additions and restaurants. Additional projects photos can be viewed on our facebook page. Both our Indy and Chicago offices will be attending the ICSC Chicago Deal Making at the end of the month. If you’re interested in meeting in Chicago, or talking with our team about a potential project or partnership, please contact Lauren Kriner at lkriner@capitolconstruct.com or 317.574.5488.

Consistent with the growth in the restaurant sector, Capitol’s Chicago group completed their second project for the expanding “scratch” Mexican-food chain, Uncle Julio’s in Kildeer, IL. The addition is comprised of three new classrooms and a seamless hallway from the original building. Atlanta-based Calbert Design Group was responsible for the addition’s design. Our team is currently completing a similar addition to the Primrose School at the Village of West Clay!
