| Although we are having an Indian summer, the leaves are beginning to fall and change colors, the days are getting shorter, and we are reminded to take a deep breath as we walk into Q4! It feels like we just started 2025… But it was a busy month of both rest and many activities supporting some of our favorite non-profits. This month marks a milestone for our Nashville office — a decade of building, creating, and growing alongside an incredible city.
Over the past 10 years, our team has proudly delivered ground-up builds, tenant improvements, and light industrial projects that reflect the vision of our clients and the strength of our partnerships.
From our very first project to the many we’ve completed since, we’re grateful for the trust of our clients, the dedication of our team, and the relationships we’ve built along the way.
Here’s to 10 years in Nashville — and to the many more projects, partnerships, and possibilities ahead. We are excited to be spending a few days down South with our team at Retail Live to make new relationships. We are really proud of the featured projects this month. Our team worked hard to get some of these large projects over the finish line, and the beauty of the projects reflects everyone’s dedication, as well as community excitement surrounding openings. UNLIMITED MOTORS- Westfield, IN – 40,000 Sq. Ft.It was a labor of love for all involved, but sure worth the wait! Unlimited Motors in the City of Westfield, IN relocated their dealership to a state-of-the-art 40,000 SF new building that they dreamt of from the ground-up. Along with the design expertise at both Progress Studio and Carson Design Associates, the Elhaj family is now offering Ferrari’s to Ford’s in their expansive showroom, along with a service department that allows their team to be there every step of the way. This new building beautifully displays their pre-owned vehicles in a setting that offers a first-class experience. We are looking forward to their official “Grand Opening” in October! 
WAWA- Westfield, IN- 5,900 Sq. Ft.The ribbon was officially cut last Wednesday in the City of Westfield with the grand opening of the City’s first Wawa on the NE corner of SR 32 & Spring Mill Road. Our team was honored to build our 2nd c-store with the growing Philly-based brand, known for the famous hoagies! The 5,900 SF building was designed by HFA, and Wawa opened to a community that is excited to have them. We will be kicking off another ground-up project with Wawa in Anderson, IN in a few weeks. Since their opening, the community has welcomed Wawa back with crowds eager to try everything from their famous hoagies to delicious milkshakes and specialty drinks. We love being one of their partners as they expand throughout the Midwest! 
101 CRAFT KITCHEN- Mason, OH – 5,400 Sq. Ft.Our third project with 101 Craft Kitchen in the Cinci market of Mason opened this month! The 5,400 SF endcap features both indoor and patio seating, as well as a bar area for their loyal patrons and new guests to experience with their fresh, seasonal offerings and tasty drinks. This was our first travelling project with the 101 team, and a testament to our ability and desire to help our client’s brand grow. Cheers to Design Collective on another beautiful restaurant! 
MOYER FINE JEWELERS- Carmel, IN – 1,600 Sq. Ft.We have long had a penchant for work in the jewelry business. That’s why helping with the expansion of Moyer Fine Jewelers in the Carmel, Indiana was a great fit. As Dan Moyer’s business has evolved and grown, so did his vision for his longtime showcase building. Along with design direction from RATIO Architects, we added an extra room on the building’s southside, as well as a 2-story 1,250 SF addition to the east side. The new spaces will create an expanded and dedicated watch showcase, as well as new workspaces for the Moyer team to hold meetings and entertain. Their specialty teams are still wrapping up internal projects, but business is sparkling, as usual! 
STARBUCKS- Jonesborough, TN – 2,200 Sq. Ft.In honor of National Coffee Day this month, we are featuring one of the new stores our team just completed-a new Starbucks cafe in Jonesborough, TN near the eastern border of the state. The site of this highly-visible store, designed by Cornerstone, was strongly desired by the Starbucks team, and we are honored to continue to partner with them across the Midwest. This same team is on its way to Maysville, KY for the next one! 
MOB SPEC SPACE- Carmel, IN – 1,800 Sq. Ft.Did you know that medical office buildings want to have space available for quicker move-ins? Our longtime client Lillibridge has a new 1,800 SF office available along the popular Meridian St. corridor in Carmel. Our team can knock out these unoccupied spaces in no time, and Cleveland-based HSB Architects + Engineers has designed them with flexibility in mind. |
