Wawa

The hype and atmosphere when a Wawa opens involves the entire community. The first Indy-area Wawa is now open in the welcoming City of Noblesville! This was the first project we completed with the growing Philly-based cstore brand- a 5,900 SF building with gas, that is known for their coffee and hoagies. International design firm HFA drew this concept, and the community was beyond excited for its arrival to the market, with lines out the door in the wee hours of the morning, prior to opening. City officials, fire, police, community non-profit partners, and Wawa fans were cheering during the ribbon cutting event, complete with the Wawa race car that takes laps at the famous Indy 500. Our next Wawa is under construction in the City of Westfield, IN and we can’t wait to help Wawa continue to grow in the multiple markets!
