The community was excited to welcome Tide Cleaners to the Indy market in 2019, with the Shuel family as new franchisees for the brand. Through the acquisition of Deering Cleaners, Tide opened in five former Deering locations which our team converted, but their first ground-up, drive-thru project just opened in December of ’19 in the busy area of 116th and Cumberland Road in Fishers, IN! Capitol enjoyed partnering with the Shuel’s, as well as Curran Architecture, to build the 5,800 square foot shell building, and the interior for Tide of 3,100 square feet. Hollywood Feed will be joining Tide as a co-tenant in 2020. Stop into the new store to experience the Tide difference!
