Round Room

Round Room engaged with the Capitol team as they explored their headquarter relocation from Carmel to Fishers, IN.  With Cush Wake onboard as the Owner’s Rep, and Axis Architecture running design, Capitol worked with the entire team prior to design completion to help the project devise a schedule and stay on budget.  Round Room purchased a vacant building that had been occupied by Roche Diagnostics, and created their new space in 115,000 square feet, while offering the remaining space to other tenants.  Our team completed the interior demolition, created a variety of new offices and spaces, built an amazing outdoor patio and break area, and added exercise studios. The economic impact that this move had on the City of Fishers, as well as the conversion of a vacant space to Class A office, was truly a mission of love and culture building.
