As the Low Cost Spay Neuter Clinic found the need for increased space due to the demand of helping control pet overpopulation, they acquired the Indiana Landmark Gascho House in Noblesville, IN, built in the late 1800’s. Sitting on 5.5 acres, our team partnered with Low Cost to keep the home’s bones, gut and remodel it, while adding on 9,500 square feet to create a new home with 500% more space! Indy-based CR Stafford & Associates partnered with both teams to keep the farmhouse integrity, but create a home with a surgical center, vaccine clinic and staff offices that will work for the Low Cost for years to come, as they service 35,000+ dogs and cats a year.
