Capitol enjoyed teaming up with Cushman & Wakefield’s construction management team, Curran Architecture and McGee Designhouse to work on the relocation of the Lids Headquarters in Indianapolis. Their new 38,000 square foot office in Woodland Office Park on Indy’s NW side, offers a variety of workspaces, tons of natural light and emanates their brand at every turn.
