When our client, Huse Culinary, identified an upcoming location in the City of Carmel that had been a long time coming, we knew we wanted to pursue construction of the shell to their new space as well. Fast forward a year, and the core building of the mixed-use project at 175 S. Rangeline Road is complete. The 3-story building will feature the 1933 Lounge on the first floor, as well as First Farmers Bank and BSA Lifestructures. We are currently working on buildouts for those spaces, as well as a few other office tenants who will bring the 54,000 square foot building to 100% occupancy. Both our ground-up and interiors team have worked tirelessly on this tight site to meet the Owner’s timelines and add to the “skyline” of Carmel’s Arts & Design District.
