No, the holidays are not yet here, but in the Midwest, to many of us, THIS is the most wonderful time of the year! The colors are amazing, and we’re getting a touch of cooler temps, but still the sun’s warmth is sticking around. Hard to believe Halloween is next week, and then we’ll be sprinting to the end of 2022…
This past month, we’ve enjoyed a few more rounds of golf with industry partners, attended several events for our non-profit friends, and participated in the International Council of Shopping Centers Central Conference in the Windy City. We learned that while the past few years there have been a lot of “mom and pop” retailers opening, the national brands are starting to plan for some major expansions again. It was good to see so many retail brokers again in one place!
This month’s projects show our national retail work, remodels, tenant interiors, and ground up construction. Our team continues to excel in these areas and the beautiful projects reflect that.
May you enjoy this most wonderful time of the year! If you have questions or are interested in working with our team, please contact Lauren Kriner.

While Westfield residents and owners, Mel & Toby Miles, enjoyed opening their business on Park Street, the new Rail offers a better setup to serve a variety of clients, whether at the full-service bar, dining in with counter service, or grabbing and going with some of the many locally sourced proteins, veggies, or prepared meals. You’ll even find some of their Cone & Crumb goodies available at this location. Farm-to-counter is back in Westfield with the Rail- look for their opening this month! Branding courtesy of Flatland!
