Rounding 3rd, Headed for Home
October, 2021
Are we talking about the World Series?! Who are you routing for? No…it is already Q4 and we are in the home stretch of roller coaster year #2. It’s hard to believe time continues to fly by, regardless of what’s going on in the world! Trick or treating will be upon us this weekend and our team is already planning for holiday schedules. While the prediction is that retail sales will be as strong as ever during this holiday season, retailers are bracing for inventory shortages that they’re experiencing, as well as labor challenges, so start early and be patient with our friends in retail. We are glad they are working and there to help us make the holidays bright! Weare giving you a peak at some new food establishments we’ve wrapped up this month, as well as what is under construction around the country. More photos of our featured projects can be viewed on our facebook page. As always, if you’re interested in talking further about our work or a potential project, please contact Lauren Kriner! Have a happy and safe Halloween! |
LOU MALNATI’S PIZZERIA- Indianapolis, IN- 5,700 Sq. Ft.
While this was our third project for Chicago-based Lou Malnati’s Pizzeria, this was the first full-service, sit-down restaurant that we completed. Right in the heart of Broad Ripple Village, our team completely transformed a former medical office building into what will become a staple for superfans of the Brand, as well as a home for families and sports teams to utilize! Locally based Demerly Architects worked with the Lou’s team to create a look for the new building that feels like home amongst the unique homes and businesses in the area. The new restaurant will open to the public for dining on Monday, November 1st. We love working with Lou’s, owned by IU graduate, Mark Malnati!
