October News

Boo to you from our kooky crew!

Happy Halloween!  What is scary to us is, beginning tomorrow, the “holiday” season starts, and the end of the year is going to quickly arrive.  Since last month, the beautiful leaves are nearly fallen, along with the temps, and we are working furiously to get outdoor work wrapped up before working outside is plain miserable in the Midwest!

Weather aside, we had a busy month attending ICSC Dealmaking in Chicago, where retailers, developers and brokers from the Midwest gathered to make progress in filling retail spaces. The energy level is always exciting and we’re happy to be a partner in helping tenants get their spaces built and open.

One of our heart-warming clients of this year, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana, was honored as the Spaces Indiana award winner for their workplace design as a medium-sized organization.  Spaces Indiana presented four awards at their annual event this month, that celebrated companies for their support of workspace design that is unique, innovative, reflects the company’s brand, engages the employee base and enhances productivity. We were a proud partner with Rowland Design & Core Planning Strategies on the BBBSCI project!

The projects featured this month are a variety of work out of our three regional offices. Additional photos of these projects below can be viewed on our facebook page. As always, if you’re interested in talking further about our work or a potential project, please contact Lauren Kriner!
