| As Thanksgiving is nearly here, it’s important to take a few moments to reflect on that for which we are grateful. Our 26th year as a company has quickly come and gone, and we very much appreciate our loyal clients, subcontractors, consultant partners, and friends, who have helped us grow to three offices and over 150 associates. As time goes particularly quick during the holiday season, we are grateful for our health, family, pets, warm homes, and a little extra time to share with those we love. All of our offices experienced each other’s culinary expertise in the annual chili and dessert cookoffs this month. Some like it hot, and some like it sweet, but only a few were “winners”! Our project management team also spent some time showing over 100 Indhy-area high school students learn how to read plans to scale, at the first CIEF Indiana Trades Day. It’s a privilege to help inspire youth to pursue careers in construction. Our teams have finished up some beautiful projects this month. And despite the forthcoming chilly weather, we have several ground-up projects kicking off in the coming months. We are hopeful for continued blessings for our clients, projects and associates in 2025. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday! SAPIENT CAPITAL- Carmel, IN- 17,400 Sq. Ft.Led by JLL’s PDS team, Sapient Capital has opened their new office in Penn on Parkway in over 17,000 square feet. From the moment you walk into their first-floor space, you feel the warmth that the design team at Parallel Design Group created. The private wealth advisory firm put a lot of thought into creating an environment where their team and exclusive clients feel welcome. From the lighting, to furniture, and conference rooms with electrified glass that create privacy, no detail went overlooked.
175 S. RANGELINE- Carmel, IN – 54,000 Sq. Ft.When our client, Huse Culinary, identified an upcoming location in the City of Carmel that had been a long time coming, we knew we wanted to pursue construction of the shell to their new space as well. Fast forward a year, and the core building of the mixed-use project at 175 S. Rangeline Road is complete. The 3-story building will feature the 1933 Lounge on the first floor, as well as First Farmers Bank and BSA Lifestructures. We are currently working on buildouts for those spaces, as well as a few other office tenants who will bring the 54,000 square foot building to 100% occupancy. Both our ground-up and interiors team have worked tirelessly on this tight site to meet the Owner’s timelines and add to the “skyline” of Carmel’s Arts & Design District.
