Board of Certified Safety Professionals- Indianapolis, IN: 37,000 SF

Relocating from another state can be overwhelming, but the Capitol team tried to make that easy on the Board of Certified Safety Professionals, that moved from Illinois to the northwest side of Indianapolis. After purchasing an older building, Capitol carried out plans by Arc Design to completely remodel the 37,000 interior, as well as some light exterior work. BCSP’s new office incorporates private offices, open work spaces, conference rooms and break areas. Welcome to Indiana!

Panera Bread- Boise, ID: 5,100 SF

Our national retail team recently completed a 5,100 square foot ground-up building for Panera Bread in Boise, ID. The fast-casual restaurant, designed by Chicago-based Norr Architects, has both wood and steel components, a drive-thru and outdoor seating. The popular food chain continues to add and remodel stores around the country, this location being the fifteenth Capitol has completed. Both our Chicago and Indianapolis offers are doing projects for this growing company.

United Way of Central Indiana- Indianapolis, IN: 30,000 SF

Capitol was referred to the landlord of United Way’s new downtown Indianapolis office last year, and developed a relationship allowing us to remodel not only the common areas, but build a new 30,000 square foot office for United Way of Central Indiana. The team at Rowland Design created an atmosphere for the not-for-profit that includes an amazing social hub, training room, focus rooms, and a plethora of office space.

DWA Healthcare- Carmel, IN: 12,000 SF

Over the past decade, Capitol Construction has completed the initial buildout, several expansions and remodels for DWA Healthcare Communications Group in Carmel, IN. We just completed a 12,000 square foot expansion which included more office space, collaboration areas, a break room, and new CEO’s office, designed by Schott Design.
