As the year rapidly comes to a close, our team reflects on how grateful we are for our loyal clients, as well as new ones that we’ve had the pleasure of working with this year. We appreciate each one of you and wish you the happiest of holidays, safe travels, and special memories with those you love. We look forward to sharing a bright 2017 with you. We wrap up this year with a few large projects we’ve recently completed in the local market. More photos of each project are featured on our Facebook page. Potbelly Sandwich Shop- Carmel, IN: 2,200 SF

Potbelly Sandwich Shop made a much-anticipated entrance into the Carmel trade area this summer, joining Starbucks and some other new tenants in The Bridges, anchored by Market District. The popular Chicago-based sandwich shop is known for its fresh meats and cheeses, delicious desserts and inviting atmospheres, complete with live music. While we have built several restaurants for Potbelly in Chicagoland, this was our first in the local market. GPD Group of Akron, OH designed the new 2,200 square foot shop that offers dine-in, delivery, or catering.

Pink’s- Torrance, CA: 830 SF

We are fortunate to do work with local mall giant, Simon Property Group, both in Indy and around the country. We recently added Pink’s Hot Dogs to the food offerings at the Del Amo Fashion Center in Torrance, CA. Indianapolis’ CSO Architects designed the new restaurant kiosk and Pink’s is now in business.

Primanti Brothers- Indianapolis, IN: 7,200 SF

Primanti Brothers added their second restaurant in the Indianapolis market this month, downtown in the Circle Centre Mall. The Pittsburgh-based restaurant and bar, designed in-house, took over the old California Pizza Kitchen space and is 7,200 square feet. There is a full bar, extensive indoor and outdoor seating, as well as plenty of televisions.

Capitol Construction has now built two offices for consulting and IT services company enVista along the North Meridian corridor in Carmel. enVista has relocated just south into the Two Penn Mark building, where they now occupy an entire floor of 17,400 square feet. Schott Design embraced the company’s culture when creating their new space with a mix of office, open work space, collaboration rooms, and a modern break room.
