Keep Calm. It’s March Madness. What more can we say?! The best part of life is that it’s full of surprises. Wouldn’t we be stagnant if everything was always predictable? From supply chain to college basketball, sometimes it feels like it’s anyone’s best guess. We have to be prepared for any outcome!
Amidst the uncertainty, businesses seem to be letting off the brakes and starting to accelerate again on new projects, which is exciting. We’ve been attending networking and charity events again, as well as having march madness parties. Although our business wasn’t interrupted too much by the pandemic, life is really starting to feel back to “normal”.
Below are some projects that all of our teams wrapped up around the country. If you have questions or are interested in working with our team, please contact Lauren Kriner!
TORCHY’S TACOS- Fishers, IN- 4,300 Sq. Ft.
We are thrilled to have completed the first Torchy’s Tacos in central Indiana, which opened this month in our hometown of Fishers! The 4,300 square foot restaurant has been much anticipated by the locals, as their offerings of delicious taco combinations, as well as burritos, a kid’s menu and full bar can be experienced for in-house or patio dining, as well as carry-out. Tx-based Cortland Morgan Architects designed the endcap space in developer Thompson Thrift’s newest building in this growing area.
DIAMONDS DIRECT- Vienna, VA- 6,000 Sq. Ft.
With the arrival of spring, the sun is shining, and the diamonds are sparkling! Our travelling team wrapped up our third project for Diamonds Direct in the DC suburb of Vienna, VA. The ground-up store is 6,000 square feet, opened this month and was designed by international design firm, Little. We are under construction with two more Diamonds Direct stores around the country!
GALEN COLLEGE OF NURSING- Nashville, TN- 30,000 Sq. Ft.
The new Galen College of Nursing is now officially open in downtown Nashville! Our team pulled off an important task of providing 30,000 square feet of new training classrooms and clinical settings for future nurses, which is a growing need and high demand. This was another project with the Cush Wake management team and was designed by Cincinnati-based BHDP Architecture. The new space turned out beautiful!
LIFESTANCE HEALTH SERVICES- Aurora, IL- 3,800 Sq. Ft.
There is no doubt that mental health is on the forefront, now more than ever. That’s why helping therapy provider, LifeStance Health, grow their footprint within the medical community has been so important. Their newest office, and the 7th our Chicago team has completed for them, is in the suburb of Aurora. The 3,800 square foot space was designed by national architect and engineer, Onyx Creative, and is now serving patients both in-person and online.
PUPS PET CLUB- Chicago, IL- 4,200 Sq. Ft.
As is the case with childcare, the need for quality pet care is also increasing! Our Chicago team just completed their 5th project for PUPS Pet Club– this location is off Michigan Avenue and is 4,200 square feet. PUPS offers daycare, grooming, overnights, training, pet sitting and dog walking. We have enjoyed this repeat client and look forward to helping with more locations in the future. Locally-based Warren Johnson Architects designed this new PUPS.
