Rise and shine, Crystal Lake! We’re excited to share the completion of our 1st First Watch location in Crystal Lake, IL. This 3,900 SF restaurant was designed to bring fresh energy and a welcoming atmosphere to every guest who walks through the door.
A huge thank you to our partners at McMillan Pazdan Smith Architecture for helping bring this vision to life. Working alongside the First Watch team made the experience especially rewarding, and we’re thrilled that more locations are already on the horizon!
FARE – Chicago, IL – 1,800 Sq. Ft.

Fresh flavors, great energy, and another exciting milestone! We’re excited to congratulate the FARE Scratch Kitchen team on the grand opening of their 9th restaurant location in Old Town! From the incredible food to the feel-good vibes, it’s easy to see why FARE continues to grow. This latest opening is a testament to the strength of their brand and the vision behind it. Congratulations to the FARE team on another successful addition to their growing portfolio!

Big things are taking shape at the new Conference Center in Franklin Park, Tower 1. Demolition is officially in the rearview mirror, and our team has kicked off framing on this 4,400 SF amenity space that’s set to become a premier gathering spot for tenants.

Just in time for summer, Planet Fitness in Brownsburg, IN is ready to welcome members with refreshed interiors. Our team recently completed interior finish upgrades, including new tile in the lobby, restrooms, and Black Card Spa hallway. The space is looking better than ever and ready for members to focus on reps, not renovations.
