IT’S BEEN A HOT MONTH- IN MANY WAYS!JUNE, 2025 | ||
| The early summer temps aren’t the only thing that has been hot this June. We would be remiss not to give a shoutout to our hometown team, the Indiana Pacers. In true Hoosier fashion, they were the underdogs that took it to Game 7 of the NBA finals, and they didn’t go down without a fight. We are so grateful for the amazing community of fans that backed our City and their team, and our prayers are with “0” as he heals from a crushing injury. We know he will be back better than ever. WE WILL BE BACK!! We also had a hot month of exciting projects finish up around the country. Activity has definitely picked up in the last few months, and our team is ready to tackle both the opportunities and challenges that are coming our way. THE MILKSHAKE FACTORY- Indianapolis, IN – 1,400 Sq. Ft.Speaking of summer heat, treat yourself to The Milk Shake Factory at Kite Realty Group’s Nora Plaza! Whether you’re craving a sweet treat or taking a break from riding the Monon Trail, pop into Indiana’s first location that is now open on the 1,400 SF eastern endcap of the newly redeveloped shopping center. Franchisees Alex and Kindall have been working hard in preparation to bring this fourth-generation concept to market, serving up homemade recipes of milkshakes, sundaes and gourmet chocolate. It was a pleasure to work with them on their first and second location- Avon is up next in the coming weeks! NY-based IA- Interior Architects designed this sweet shoppe.
ED MARTIN BUICK GMC- Carmel, IN- 4,300 Sq. Ft. AdditionThe ribbon was cut this month on the service expansion at Ed Martin Buick GMC on Indy’s northside! The 4,300 SF addition will allow the team to take care of even more patrons in a timely manner, with 4 new service bays and 3 new detailing bays. We are so honored to be a continued partner with Ed Martin Automotive on all of their construction needs for their dealerships, as well as with Designpoint. Congrats to their team on the growth!
VUORI- Columbus, OH – 3,000 Sq. Ft.With over 1.7M SF of mixed-use space and 200 retailers, Easton Town Center in Columbus, OH was ready for Vuori to join the elite destination! Our Chicago team was proud to build their 15th store for the athleisure brand- a 3,000 SF space designed by Heitler Houstoun Architects. We have four more locations under construction around the country for Vuori, who we have enjoyed helping grow in several markets.
RADNOR WEALTH- Brentwood, TN – 2,400 Sq. Ft.Our Nashville team wrapped up a clean project for wealth management firm, Radnor, in the Highwoods-owned and managed building of 100 Winners Circle. The 2,400 SF buildout included demolition, new offices, millwork, ceilings and finishes designed by Nashville’s own Daniels+Chandler. What great views this new space will offer Radnor’s team and clients!
FIRST FARMERS BANK & TRUST- Lebanon, IN – 2,000 Sq. Ft.It was an honor to work again with First Farmers Bank & Trust on another branch location, this time a 2,000 SF endcap in the growing north Indy suburb of Lebanon. Cincinnati-based K4 Architecture + Design designed the new space to reflect FFBT’s growing brand. We look forward to future projects with this talented group.
PNC BANK- Chicago, IL – 3,000 Sq. Ft.Speaking of banks, all of our teams do projects in the financial sector, and Chicago just wrapped up a new 3,000 SF branch buildout for PNC in the revitalized Austin community in Chicago’s west side. The local design team of Vasilko Architects and Associates worked on the now-open location.
SCHULTZ & POGUE, LLP- Indianapolis, IN – 12,000 Sq. Ft.Law firm Schultz & Pogue, LLP has a beautiful new office in Kite Realty Group’s downtown Indy office building. The civil litigators now occupy 12,000 SF at 30 South, designed by Ratio. We have been doing an extensive amount of work in this building, both amenity upgrades and tenant additions.
