|As we head into a long holiday weekend, may we all try to focus on the good in our lives, and what our freedoms as citizens of the greatest country in the world afford us. While life will never be perfect, there is much to be grateful for, and our team is reflecting on how we’ve survived a pandemic and are thriving in this post-pandemic environment. Our Indy team also gathered for our annual summer party this month, enjoying a beautiful summer day with our families and teammates, partaking in swimming, sports and all of the food!|
As indicated in our finished projects, all of our offices had a plethora of projects wrap up this month. Some of which were a long time coming, and others that were quicker buildouts.
Q2 ends today- hard to believe! Hopefully your goals for the second half of the year are ambitious and you plan to make the most of fleeting time. May you enjoy the Independence Day weekend safely!

THE GODDARD SCHOOL- Land ‘o Lakes, FL- 12,000 Sq. Ft.
The need for early childhood education continues to grow, and our travelling team just wrapped up our second Goddard School in Land ‘o Lakes, FL. The school, developed by Charlotte-based Primax Properties, is now serving children in the Tampa suburb. National design firm Interplan worked with the developer and our team to design the most nurturing, safe environment for infants through private kindergarten. Our next project with Primax will be a Tractor Supply in PA.
LEO’S MARKET AND EATERY- McCordsville, IN- 7,500 Sq. Ft.
The long-awaited grand opening of the 3rd Leo’s Market & Eatery in the Indianapolis community occured this month in the town of McCordsville! The new gas station and 7,500 convenience store is part of The Shops at Brookside and is the second project we have completed for the Pride Investment Partners team. Leo’s unique concept with convenience and a local market/eatery component has been greeted with much appreciation by its guests. We worked with Yorktown, IN-based US Architects, and our team is already working on a new Leo’s on Indy’s southside, which is already going vertical!
PET SUITES- Tampa, FL- 11,000 Sq. Ft.
The growing pet resort brand, Pet Suites, just opened their fourth Florida location in the Tampa market. It was our pleasure to travel for local developer T.M. Crowley as they are helping Pet Suites expand across the country. The building, designed by national firm, GPD Group, is just shy of 11,000 square feet and is now hosting dogs and cats for high quality boarding, training, daycare and grooming.
LANDMARK RECOVERY- Franklin, TN- 20,000 Sq. Ft.
Working with repeat clients is SO rewarding! Our Nashville team just finished up their second project, a 20,000 square foot support office, for Landmark Recovery in the Cool Springs Office Park in Franklin, TN. ASD|Sky designed the space to be calming and incorporate the pretty views of the southern suburb. It’s always great to work with building owner Highwoods, who also acted as CM.
