Let Freedom Ring!

As we head into a long holiday weekend, may we all try to focus on the good in our lives, and what our freedoms as citizens of the greatest country in the world afford us.  While life will never be perfect, there is much to be grateful for, and our team is reflecting on how we’ve survived a pandemic and are thriving in this post-pandemic environment. Our Indy team also gathered for our annual summer party this month, enjoying a beautiful summer day with our families and teammates, partaking in swimming, sports and all of the food!

As indicated in our finished projects, all of our offices had a plethora of projects wrap up this month. Some of which were a long time coming, and others that were quicker buildouts.

Q2 ends today- hard to believe!  Hopefully your goals for the second half of the year are ambitious and you plan to make the most of fleeting time.  May you enjoy the Independence Day weekend safely!

THE GODDARD SCHOOL- Land ‘o Lakes, FL- 12,000 Sq. Ft.

The need for early childhood education continues to grow, and our travelling team just wrapped up our second Goddard School in Land ‘o Lakes, FL. The school, developed by Charlotte-based Primax Properties, is now serving children in the Tampa suburb. National design firm Interplan worked with the developer and our team to design the most nurturing, safe environment for infants through private kindergarten. Our next project with Primax will be a Tractor Supply in PA.

LEO’S MARKET AND EATERY- McCordsville, IN- 7,500 Sq. Ft.

The long-awaited grand opening of the 3rd Leo’s Market & Eatery in the Indianapolis community occured this month in the town of McCordsville! The new gas station and 7,500 convenience store is part of The Shops at Brookside and is the second project we have completed for the Pride Investment Partners team. Leo’s unique concept with convenience and a local market/eatery component has been greeted with much appreciation by its guests. We worked with Yorktown, IN-based US Architects, and our team is already working on a new Leo’s on Indy’s southside, which is already going vertical!

PET SUITES- Tampa, FL- 11,000 Sq. Ft.

The growing pet resort brand, Pet Suites, just opened their fourth Florida location in the Tampa market. It was our pleasure to travel for local developer T.M. Crowley as they are helping Pet Suites expand across the country. The building, designed by national firm, GPD Group, is just shy of 11,000 square feet and is now hosting dogs and cats for high quality boarding, training, daycare and grooming.

LANDMARK RECOVERY- Franklin, TN- 20,000 Sq. Ft.

Working with repeat clients is SO rewarding! Our Nashville team just finished up their second project, a 20,000 square foot support office, for Landmark Recovery in the Cool Springs Office Park in Franklin, TN. ASD|Sky designed the space to be calming and incorporate the pretty views of the southern suburb. It’s always great to work with building owner Highwoods, who also acted as CM.

7-11- Saginaw, MI- 2,600 Sq. Ft.

While no one is a fan of gas prices, we know there will always be a need for it. Our Chicago team just completed a 7-11 convenience store and fueling station near the Lake in Saginaw, MI. The 2,600 square foot building is a Porter Sips prefabricated building. We completed the developer scope for Agree Realty out of Bloomfield Hills, MI and interior work for corporate 7-Eleven. We have done many 7-Elevens throughout the years. IL-based Warren Johnson Architects designed this location.

ISI ELITE TRAINING- Noblesville, IN- 2,000 Sq. Ft.

Considering some new fitness goals? Consider checking out the hottest training in town at the new ISI Elite Training in Noblesville! Indiana’s first facility of this kind offers different workouts every day, pushing you to your max. The 2,000 square foot gym is open and welcoming new guests, designed by SC-based GP|N Architecture. Welcome to town- we look forward to a new challenge!

LOU MALNATI’S PIZZERIA- Greenwood, IN- 1,400 Sq. Ft.

Summers are for pizza parties! Slide by the newest Lou Malnati’s in Greenwood, IN for carryout, or have your favorite Chicago pizza delivered in that area. This is our fourth Indy project for our northern friends, and we love this partnership. Chicago-based Studio 222 designed the 1,400 square foot store that is now serving up the tastes of Chicago.  Next up is a Lou’s in Avon, IN, starting this summer!

DEKALASH- Noblesville, IN- 1,400 Sq. Ft.

Thinking about getting dolled up this weekend? The growing franchise that specializes in all things leases and brows, Dekalash, is now open in the Hamilton Town Center/Saxony area of Noblesville, IN. The 1,400 square foot studio, designed by Fl-based Barr Architecture, offers a variety of memberships and services to fit any beauty maintenance routine. This is our second DekaLash project in the area!

CALIBER COLLISION- Ellisville, MO- 15,000 Sq. Ft.

Let’s be honest…accidents happen.  And they always will! Our Chicago team finished another Caliber Collision project, this one in the St. Louis suburb of Ellisville Missouri. Tx- based Cross Architects designed the 15,000 square foot vehicle service center. We have completed many projects for the growing chain in the last few years and currently have 4 other under construction!
