WRAPPING UP THE LONGEST MONTH OF THE YEAR!

Our team has attended a few industry events this month, and we are encouraged by the flurry of activity early in the year, with predictions of a busy year ahead. According to Cushman & Wakefield, retail will be the best sector of commercial real estate in ’26.  And what do you know…we love retail!

CADY STUDIO- Franklin, TN- 5,300 Sq. Ft.

Tenant Improvement

Bringing a fresh perspective to school and family photos, Cady continues to expand around the country! Our TN office built the growing brand’s 5,300 SF photography studio that will open in the Nashville market of Franklin next week. Designed by Sorci Design Group, the studios are created to capture schools and families in a variety of settings that create authenticity to tell a story. We look forward to helping the Cady team grow as they add studios along the eastern part of the country.

DEGREE WELLNESS- Carmel, IN – 2,100 Sq. Ft.

Tenant Improvement

Our client Degree Wellness will opened their first Indiana location in Carmel this month. Degree is a wellness and recovery studio that offers a variety of services and treatments designed to help you feel better physically and mentally, support recovery, immunity, anti-aging, stress relief, energy, and overall wellbeing — all in a private, spa-like environment. Services offered include IV and Cryotherapy, Sauna, Cold Plunge, Massage and Facials. The 2,100 SF space, designed by ND Enterprises, is part of the newly redeveloped Kite Realty Group’s “The Corner” on 116th and Rangeline Road.

EVANS MAY ADVISORY- Carmel, IN – 7,600 Sq. Ft.

The team at Evans May Advisory is thrilled to be growing into their new space at Indy’s northside business park of Carmel Gateway. Evans May Advisory is a proactive, people-first firm offering tax, accounting, and advisory services to families, businesses, and nonprofits. Their team is focused on building trusted relationships and delivering white-glove support that helps clients plan ahead and grow with confidence. The 7,600 square foot office, designed by Parallel Design Group, reflects their culture and will allow them to cater to their growing client base. JLL’s PDS team managed this beautiful and quick-paced project.

CAVA- Evergreen Park, IL – 2,600 Sq. Ft.

Restaurant

With the arctic cold temps, our minds are taking us to the warmth of the Mediterranean coast, as we celebrate completing our first CAVA location in the Chicagoland suburb of Evergreen Park. The 2,600 square foot restaurant was designed by IL-based Core States Group, and will be opening in the coming weeks. A Crystal Lake restaurant is also under construction by our team, as the CAVA brand continues to grow their fresh brand around the country.

COMMERCE BANK- Carmel, IN – 3,500 Sq. Ft.

Tenant Improvement

While this project finished up a few months ago, some of the finishing touches were just added. Whether in a standalone location, strip center, or office building, our team excels in the construction of financial institutions. The Indiana branch of Commerce Bank in the City of Carmel is located in 3,500 SF at Meridian Mark I along 116th and Meridian. Schott Design worked with the landlord Zeller and bank teams to layout their new office.

COMING SOON…

Our Nashville team is onto their fifth project for Liberty Financial Credit Union– this time a ground-up building in Spring Hill, TN.  We have worked with many financial institutions over the years, and we love helping this repeat client grow.

We are converting a former Staples in Noblesville, IN into a new Planet Fitness studio. The workout facility will be opening this summer!

Our third ground-up project for Wawa has gone vertical in Anderson, IN! The C-store brand continues to make big waves on the Midwest market.
