Happy New Year! We hope that your holiday season was full of laughter and memory making. Are you finding the same excitement in planning for spring and summer projects as we are? We’re ready to thaw out a bit because things are not slowing down from our perspective! Our team is thrilled to report that we had zero recordable OSHA injury incidents in 2021! We are continually looking for innovative ways to keep safety foremost in the minds of our supervisors, and for several years we have utilized a third-party safety management team to advise us on best practices. Our employees are continually trained on how to identify and prevent safety issues in the field. We are also using a reporting app that provides real-time information from jobsite supervisors, including safety checklists, to help ensure that safety is a “no-excuse” topic. We have received positive results from both project managers and superintendents. We are keeping safety in the minds of everyone on our projects so all parties go home happy and healthy at the end of each workday. Below are a variety of projects that we’ve wrapped up at the beginning of this new year. It shows our diversity in abilities as a team, and we are proud of both our repeat clients and new opportunities.
