SIGNS OF SPRING!FEBRUARY, 2025 | ||||
| Although February is a “short” month, it has sure felt long at times with the frigid temps and gray days. Luckily, we have seen glimpses of sunshine and warmth, bringing hope that spring will indeed arrive sometime soonish?! We packed the month with fun teambuilding activities to help break up the monotony that this time of year brings. We had a Superbowl party, participated in one of our favorite traditions- the Million Meal March, and spent an afternoon at Top Golf with some friendly competition. Almost all of our projects this month involved repeat client business. As we have said many times, our goal is to build long-term relationships, and it is an honor to do repeat work for brands that continue to grow. BSA LIFESTRUCTURES- Carmel, IN- 18,000 Sq. Ft.It’s always an honor to build for an architecture firm who is designing their own space! We just wrapped up the nearly 18,000 square foot office for national design firm BSA Lifestructures, in the 175 S. Rangeline building that we recently completed in the City of Carmel’s Arts & Design District. The new space is a big move, as the talented team is now making their home in Hamilton County. This project was led by the PDS team at JLL.
VUORI- Franklin, TN – 3,300 Sq. Ft.It’s move-in time for growing athleisure retailer, Vuori, as they prepare to train their team and open their second location in the Nashville area. The nearly 3,300 square foot Franklin, TN store was designed by Lawrence Group and was completed by our Chicago team, who has been helping Vuori grow for several years. We look forward to seeing the space filled with the brand’s activewear for men and women.
STARBUCKS- Indianapolis, IN – 2,100 Sq. Ft.While this little gem opened earlier this year, the finishing touches just arrived. Starbucks relocated their cafe from Broad Ripple Avenue to a drive-thru location on the outlot of Kite Realty Group’s Glendale Town Center! Our team completed the site work for Kite, and the interior of the coffee shop that was designed by WD Partners. The traffic along the busy Keystone corridor is steady, and parking is no problem either. Win-win for all involved!
PURE BARRE- Indianapolis, IN – 1,560 Sq. Ft.What is more rewarding then seeing a concept sustain and grow? Not much! We have loved working with several different owners of the beloved workout Pure Barre all around the Indy area, and just wrapped up a 1,560 square foot studio that opened before the new year in the hot spot of the Fashion Mall Commons. The workout known for its “lift, tone, burn”, offers a variety of classes daily that you can incorporate into errands or dining out, taught by enthusiastic instructors. Owner Gina worked with Progress Studio on the design, and their team also provided photography.
