“Keep your face always towards the sunshine- and shadows will fall behind you.” Walt WhitmanFebruary, 2022 | ||
We blinked and it’s going to be March tomorrow! Mother Nature is teasing us with the occasional warmer temps, longer days, and some sunshine that bring us hope that the winter gray is on its way out! On a serious note, our thoughts and prayers are with the people of Ukraine, as they face the daily fears of being invaded. This situation is affecting humankind and the entire globe and our hope is that peace will overcome. As an industry, our activity is staying very busy and steady with new projects. Most projects that were on “hold” are moving forward and adjusting to the “new normal” of supply chain delays and increased material costs. Communication with our clients and building partners remains the key to success! Below are some exciting projects we are showcasing from around the Midwest. If you have questions or are interested in working with our team, please contact Lauren Kriner! SHANNON’S EXCLUSIVE CHILD CARE- Indianapolis, IN- 17,000 Sq. Ft.The need for quality childcare has continued to grow, and as a result, the Hege family just opened Shannon’s Exclusive Child Care at Geist this mo! Shannon’s offers low child to teacher ratios in large classrooms. It was our pleasure to provide a big refresh to a former daycare facility and make it home for Shannon’s, with the assistance of MTM Architecture. Shannon’s is now open M-F, 7a-5:30p and has room for new littles in the community! The nearly 17,000 SF building includes classrooms and an amazing gym facility. Congrats to the Hege family! BLO BLOW DRY BAR- Fishers, IN- 1,200 Sq.
