We hope you and yours are enjoying a wonderful holiday season! It’s hard to believe how quickly the year is coming to a close, and it’s nice to see a little sunshine and warmer temps here in the Midwest in December! It sure provides a little relief to some of our team members working outside.
In preparation for the holidays, our team provided gifts and other need items to more than 40 children at The Villages, one of Indiana’s largest family agencies working with foster and adoptive children. Year after year, this team tradition brings as much joy to us as it does to the recipients!
Thank you for your partnerships, friendships and support in 2018. We look forward to growing our relationships in 2019 and working on some great projects with both old and new clients. Happy New Year to you and yours!

CARBONITE, Indianapolis, IN – 22,000 Sq. Ft.
May the force be with you! Incorporating the Star Wars theme into their remodeled space, international data-solution provider, Carbonite, gave their 22,000 square foot office a complete overhaul. Capitol worked with JLL as a Construction Manager, and Parallel Design Group, to complete the open remodel of the entire third floor of the Allison Pointe building. The reconfiguration will accommodate Carbonite’s continued growth and encourages new types of collaboration and fun!
UNTUCKIT, Birmingham, AL- 2,000 Sq. Ft
Capitol completed our second store for growing shirt retailer, Untuckit, at The Summit in Birmingham, AL this month. The 2,000 square foot store was merchandised over the weekend and opens today! Ohio-based Shremshock Architects designed the latest Untuckit.
B. GOOD, Schaumburg, IL- 2,100 Sq. Ft.
B. Good is now open in Schaumburg, IL. Capitol Construction’s Chicago team recently completed their second build-out in the area. The 2,100 square foot restaurant is located at Woodfield Gatherings, in the outer circle of Woodfield Mall. It was designed by G3 Architects out of New York, NY.
IRIS RECRUITING SOLUTIONS, Carmel, IN – 6,200 Sq. Ft.
iRiS Recruiting Solutions will soon have a new home at Zeller’s Meridian Mark I in Carmel. The 6,200 square foot office, designed by Carmel’s Mitsch Design, combines private offices with a beautiful break room and some great lighting! Capitol has worked in these buildings for a long time, and we have loved seeing so many great tenants come to the corridor!
