Just like that, another summer is coming to a close. August has been filled with a mix of working on and wrapping up tenant improvement and ground up projects, along with plenty of end-of-summer events and golf outings with clients and industry partners.
As mentioned in our last newsletter, we’re heading to Retail Live! Nashville this week, where we’re looking forward to connecting with retailers, brokers, developers, and industry partners. As we quickly approach September, we’re looking forward to cooler days, football weekends, changing leaves, and of course, the return of pumpkin spice season. Bring on fall!

Ground Up Construction
Another Wawa in the books! This latest opening marks our third completed project with Wawa as the brand continues to make its mark across the Midwest. We had the pleasure of partnering with HFA-AE, LTD. as the architect on this latest location, and we look forward to continuing our work with the Wawa team on future stores!
Tremble Pilates – Carmel, IN – 1,918 Sq. Ft.
Tenant Improvement
TREMBLE is officially open in Carmel, IN! This new studio offers high-intensity, low-impact workouts that combine strength, cardio, and Pilates-inspired movements on the reformer. With bold lighting and an energetic atmosphere, this was an especially fun space to bring to life, and we’re excited to see TREMBLE welcome the Carmel community through its doors!
Caliber Collision – Blue Island, IL – 13,081 Sq. Ft.
Ground Up Construction
From ground up to doors open! Our newest Caliber Collision project is officially complete. We always enjoy working with the Caliber team and appreciate their continued trust in us as they expand into new locations across the Midwest and beyond. Stay tuned to see where they’re heading next!
INSPYR Solutions – Brentwood, TN – 5,750 Sq. Ft.

Take a look at this recently completed tenant finish for INSPYR Solutions, featuring clean lines, crisp white finishes and a bright, modern look throughout. We worked alongside Daniels Chandler on the design and Highwoods Properties as owner and construction manager to create a fresh, functional space ready for the INSPYR team to make their own.
The Study Salon – Westfield, IN – 1,700 Sq. Ft.

Book your appointment and step into a fresh new salon designed for fresh looks, good conversations, and plenty of confidence. Congratulations to The Study team on this exciting milestone. Performance Rehab Strategies – Greenwood, IN – 3,452 Sq. Ft.

Built with recovery in mind. Performance Rehab Strategies’ new clinic was designed to support exceptional care, movement, and better outcomes for every patient. This clean, functional space gives the PRS team an environment where they can continue helping patients build strength, restore movement, and get back to doing what they love.
Liberty Federal Credit Union – Spring Hill, TN – 6,000 Sq. Ft.
Ground Up Construction
We’re excited to officially begin construction on another project with our valued repeat client, Liberty Federal Credit Union. This new 6,000-square-foot branch will be the first commercial project under construction in June Lake’s first business district, a major milestone for Southeast Venture’s 775-acre mixed-use development. Liberty Federal Credit Union’s continued trust has allowed us to build five projects together, and we look forward to delivering another quality project with completion anticipated in Summer 2027.
