| Q2 is underway, and we are gearing up for May in Indiana, which goes pretty fast with all.the.things. But this month, we celebrated our amazing administrative professionals, who not only keep our business running smoothly, but balance out all the construction folks! Our team will also be attending the World’s Largest Commercial Real Estate Event in Las Vegas next month at the International Council of Shopping Centers convention to network with some of the brightest minds in the industry. PLANET FITNESS- Noblesville, IN- 14,000 Sq. Ft.Tenant Improvement If the nice weather has you thinking about tank tops and shorts, think no further than the new Planet Fitness that opened in Noblesville, Indiana this month! The nearly 14,000 SF gym sits between Kohl’s and Walmart along the busy SR37 corridor and was designed by MJM Architects. This is our second project for National Fitness Partners, the nation’s largest Planet Fitness owners, and we have more coming soon in the market.
STARBUCKS- Indianapolis, IN – 2,700 Sq. Ft.Restaurant, Tenant Improvement A good lookin’ project, inside & out. Our team converted a former Arby’s to a Starbucks location in the much-needed Ft. Ben trade area at 56th & Post on Indy’s northeast side. The 2,700 square foot store opened this winter, but spring weather finally allowed us to finish up some exterior painting to fully wrap up this project. Cornerstone Consulting Engineers designed the transformation for the Starbucks team.
STARBUCKS- Cafe Remodels around the U.S.Restaurant, Tenant Improvement Speaking of Starbucks… with more local and national coffeehouses entering markets around the country, they are not resting on their laurels! They have ambitious plans to “uplift” their existing cafes during the nighttime hours, without interruption to their operations. Our team has stepped up to help with these quick projects that include new paint, digital menu boards, furniture, curtains, and some millwork. We already have 35 jobs like these planned for this year, with no doubts it will stop there. BAKER HILL- Carmel, IN- 9,300 Sq. Ft.Tenant Improvement As business continues to evolve at Baker Hill, their team found the need to repurpose some of their space. Our team worked with Schott Design and Baker Hill to add 9,300 square feet to their City of Carmel, Indiana headquarters, creating different marketing rooms, as well as a multi-purpose/event space. Cushman & Wakefield’s Project Management team coordinated the project team.
SPEC SUITES AT THE STUTZ- Indianapolis, IN- 16,000 Sq. Ft.Tenant Improvement We are grateful for the continued opportunity to do work in the historic Stutz building in downtown Indianapolis. The former automobile factory continues to offer a variety of recreational, creative and office spaces to meet the needs and desires of both tenants and Stutz guests. Another 16,000 square feet of move-in-ready office opportunities are now available in Building 6, designed by DKGR and built by Capitol.
INTERVENTIONAL PAIN CENTER- Hendersonville, TN- 2,100 Sq. Ft.Tenant Improvement Repeat clients are the best, and we are honored when they call us after many years because they have outgrown their space! Interventional Pain Center in Hendersonville did just that when they asked our TN office to help expand them into nearly 4,000 SF designed by Sorci. Thanks to the Cushman & Wakefield team for managing this project.
CAFE PATACHOU- Indianapolis, IN- 2,400 Sq. Ft.Restaurant Weekends are for brunching, so check out the refresh at Cafe Patachou on the Park in Downtown Indy. This popular spot gets a lot of action, and our team did a great job of making some updates during off hours. We love this Won’t Stop Hospitality brand.
