July News

The Heat is On…

July, 2023

Did someone turn up the thermostat around here? Although it happens every year, the dog days of summer bring record temps that we will need to remember the feel of come January! Our summer interns will be wrapping up their learning experiences over the next few weeks, while some younger kids are heading back to school even before the month turns.

We recently wrapped up several sizable projects that have evolved since their inception.  Our work for Indiana Donor Network has been submitted for several awards, and we are very proud of of the impact that group has on saving lives, and their massive expansion is reflective of that.   Our Starbucks team also continues to stay quite busy, with one newly complete, and another 6 turnkey developer projects underway in IN and IL!

Both our Indy and Chicago teams are also excited about welcoming four new Project Managers amongst our offices this month!  It is key to have great people in position to carry out all of the projects in the pipeline.

May the end of your summer be filled with endless amounts of sunshine, starry nights, fair food and your favorite things!

INDIANA DONOR NETWORK- Indianapolis, IN- 67,000 Sq. Ft.

We are thrilled to finally share the transformation that has evolved for the new Indiana Donor Network headquarters on Indy’s NW side! Nothing says freedom like the gift of life, the mission of IDN’s growing, dedicated team, coordinating organ and tissue donation and transplantation throughout the State. After acquiring a 1970’s four-story office building several years ago for their corporate administrative offices, IDN brought on the design team of Rottmann Collier Architects to re-envision the 58,000 square foot building. After initial collaboration of the IDN and design teams, Capitol was brought in as the construction partner early in the process to assist the project’s evolution. The result is now a breathtaking nearly 67,000 square foot iconic headquarters, with a 5-story addition that includes a rooftop terrace overlooking the City. The new space offers more flexibility for the team, but more importantly, room to grow with the demands of donation. It was truly an honor to work on this impactful project!
