Jon holds a B.S. in Architectural Engineering and has 20+ years of experience in commercial construction including retail, office, medical, and special use.

Terry brings to the company 32+ years of experience working from the basics through all aspects of the construction industry. His hands-on approach to project management and first-hand knowledge of all aspects of construction has garnered Terry the respect of clients, designers and sub-contractors alike. Terry has been involved directly in the construction and management of numerous commercial projects including national chain restaurant, retail, office, medical, and special use.

Manish brings a broad depth to the team having 19 years experience in managing preconstruction, design, & construction of various building types including; office, industrial warehouse/distribution, manufacturing and healthcare facilities. He has overseen construction of over 10 Million square feet of new construction & renovation projects. Manish received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University with a B.S. in Construction Engineering & Management, as well as earning a M.B.A. from Indiana Wesleyan University. Manish is a member of the following organizations; NAIOP, SMPS, SCSMP, The Bridgewater Club, & John Purdue Club
Brett WilliamsVice President of Operations

Brett Williams is responsible for the operating efficiency of the company. His vision of providing highly detailed procedures for construction processes serves as a backbone for the company’s organization. Brett holds a degree in Environmental Design and Architecture form the University of Colorado at Boulder. He brings over 16 years of technical and practical experience in many different facets of construction. Brett’s background in architecture, property management, facilities management, and construction management has helped him develop a diverse knowledge of site and building construction management. The enthusiasm and strong attention to detail Brett requires has established him as a successful leader of the construction industry.

Bringing over 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry that includes executive positions in operation and construction gives us a specialist in the industry. Jeff's experience in the market and involvement in hundreds of projects has been proven to be invaluable to our food service clients. Jeff continually strives to provide his personal attention to every client and their needs. As a result, he has developed strong relationships with these accounts.

With extensive experience in commercial design, construction, and development, Todd is responsible for strategic planning and implementation of the company's business development efforts. He brings to the team 17+ years experience as a licensed Architect along with a vast knowledge of team-building and organizational skills gained through growing three companies. His design, construction, & development experience brings a perspective to the company that has proven helpful in building client relationships. Todd has been involved in a broad range of project types throughout his career including: Corporate/franchise restaurant design; facility planning; retail shell and tenant design, corporate office and large-scale distribution facilities.
